Dismissal Schedule

Galena Park Elementary's Dismissal Schedule and Procedures

3:20 dismissal

CAR RIDERS: Cars will enter on 3rd street and drive around the school to pick up students.  Students will be dismissed through Door #6 (gym).  Please help expedite this process by having your child's information displayed on your windshield or hanging from your mirror. 

BUS RIDERS
Bus riders will be dismissed from the bus ramp on 5th St.
Students will be walked to the bus by a teacher.

WALKERS

PK-2nd Grade walkers will be picked up by parents or guardians on the side of the school by the playground area using the student pickup tag. You must have the student's pick-up tag. For the safety of our students, we will not accept a photo of the student tags.  

3rd-5th grade walkers will be released by the playground gate at 3:20 pm.
